A nice place for concerts in Berlin with over 8000 m2 , wich is big enough for highlights in concert like sonic youth but there is still a familly atmosphere left. With about 3000 people the sound is good and the opening from 1998 meens, that there is a good technic in there. enjoy
Bee there a few times, last time a month ago, when Apocalyptica (they're great! great! great!) was performing.
Columbiahalle is nice for concerts, but beware: if you don't wish to be squeezed like a lemon between some aggtressive fans, you should try to get a place at the balcony (although it's not always open!) From up there you see and hear even better...
